An excerpt characterizing Slavnov, Roman Alexandrovich
The spirit of the army is a multiplier for mass, giving the product of force. To determine and express the value of the spirit of the army, this unknown factor, is the task of science. This task is possible only when we stop arbitrarily substituting instead of the value of the entire unknown X those conditions under which force is manifested, such as: orders of the commander, weapons, etc., taking them as the value of the multiplier, and recognize this unknown in all its integrity, that is, as a greater or lesser desire to fight and expose oneself to danger. Then only by expressing known historical facts in equations and by comparing the relative value of this unknown can we hope to determine the unknown itself. Ten people, battalions or divisions, fighting with fifteen people, battalions or divisions, defeated fifteen, that is, they killed and captured everyone without a trace and themselves lost four; therefore, four were destroyed on one side and fifteen on the other. Therefore four was equal to fifteen, and therefore 4a:=15y. Therefore, w: g/==15:4. This equation does not give the value of the unknown, but it does give the relationship between two unknowns. And by subsuming various historical units (battles, campaigns, periods of war) under such equations, we obtain series of numbers in which laws must exist and can be discovered. The tactical rule that one must act in masses when advancing and separately when retreating unconsciously confirms only the truth that the strength of an army depends on its spirit. In order to lead people under the cannonballs, more discipline is needed, which can only be achieved by moving in masses, than in order to fight off attackers. But this rule, which loses sight of the spirit of the army, constantly turns out to be incorrect and is especially strikingly contrary to reality where there is a strong rise or decline in the spirit of the army - in all people's wars. The French, retreating in 1812, although they should have defended themselves separately, according to tactics, huddled together, because the spirit of the army had fallen so low that only the mass held the army together. The Russians, on the contrary, according to tactics, should attack en masse, but in reality they are fragmented, because the spirit is so high that individuals strike without the orders of the French and do not need coercion in order to expose themselves to labor and danger. The so-called partisan war began with the enemy’s entry into Smolensk. Before guerrilla warfare was officially accepted by our government, thousands of people of the enemy army - backward marauders, foragers - were exterminated by the Cossacks and peasants, who beat these people as unconsciously as dogs unconsciously kill a runaway rabid dog. Denis Davydov, with his Russian instinct, was the first to understand the meaning of that terrible club, which, without asking the rules of military art, destroyed the French, and he is credited with taking the first step to legitimize this method of war. On August 24, Davydov’s first partisan detachment was established, and after his detachment others began to be established. The further the campaign progressed, the more the number of these detachments increased. The partisans destroyed the Great Army piece by piece. They picked up those fallen leaves that fell of their own accord from the withered tree - the French army, and sometimes shook this tree. In October, while the French were fleeing to Smolensk, there were hundreds of these parties of various sizes and characters. There were parties that adopted all the techniques of the army, with infantry, artillery, headquarters, and the comforts of life; there were only Cossacks and cavalry; there were small ones, prefabricated ones, on foot and on horseback, there were peasant and landowner ones, unknown to anyone. There was a sexton as the head of the party, who took several hundred prisoners a month. There was the elder Vasilisa, who killed hundreds of French. The last days of October were the height of the partisan war. That first period of this war, during which the partisans, themselves surprised at their audacity, were afraid at every moment of being caught and surrounded by the French and, without unsaddled or almost getting off their horses, hid in the forests, expecting a pursuit at every moment, has already passed. Now this war had already been defined, it became clear to everyone what could be done with the French and what could not be done. Now only those detachment commanders who, with their headquarters, according to the rules, walked away from the French, considered many things impossible. The small partisans, who had long since begun their work and were closely looking out for the French, considered it possible what the leaders of large detachments did not dare to think about. The Cossacks and men who climbed among the French believed that now everything was possible.
Krasnoselsky Jewelryprom: factory jewelry catalog + online store
Over the years of its work, Krasnoselsky Yuvelirprom has learned not just to follow traditions, but to create them. The company’s motto has long been the phrase that tradition is a step into the future, and jewelry designers clearly adhere to the chosen development strategy. The official website of the company is filled with new models of pendants, bracelets, crosses and brooches year after year. And the range of rings and earrings is generally considered the largest in the jewelry market.
Creating beauty is the main mission of the plant. In his online store, lovers of luxury jewelry can find something for themselves and their loved ones. Moreover, the Krasnoselsky Jewelryprom catalog is updated every month with exclusive new items, the price of which will not leave anyone indifferent, so competently do the company’s marketers pursue a policy of approving the cost of products of their brand.
Krasnoselsky Jewelryprom is one of the “giants” of the Russian jewelry industry. Its production volumes are so large that partner factories number not in the hundreds, but in the thousands. The plant’s “age” is also respectable – 90 years, during which its authority has steadily increased, leaving other market players far behind. Almost all of the craftsmen at Krasnoselsky Jewelryprom are hereditary jewelers, whose ancestors have been making jewelry for decades. For them there are no secrets in the world of precious metals and stones, and they embody all their knowledge in luxurious bracelets, rings, earrings and brooches. It is these craftsmen who support the original Russian traditions, intertwining the ancient art of creating jewelry with modern techniques and technologies, which is why brand recognition is the highest in the domestic jewelry market. No other Russian enterprise operates with such technology.
The factory constantly supports all the endeavors of its jewelers, giving them complete freedom for creativity. The uniqueness of each jewelry model turns into real art, and the craftsmen have a unique opportunity to constantly develop their talents and their skills. The jewelers of Krasnoselsky Yuvelirprom are the best at making custom-made rings, bracelets and brooches, which is why the number of corporate orders made from precious metals is constantly growing.
If you study the company's sales statistics, it becomes clear that the share of the plant's exports is almost 30%. No other jewelry enterprise in the country can boast of such an indicator, so the leadership of Krasnoselsky Jewelryprom is undeniable.
To remain the best of the best, the factory keeps prices for jewelry within clear limits, trying not to increase them in every unforeseen event. Buyers love Krasnoselsky Jewelryprom for this: they know that finding an exquisite piece of jewelry at a reasonable price in their catalog is as realistic as possible. Even the President could not resist and in one of his interviews praised the work of Krasnoselsky jewelers as fantastic. And this praise is worth a lot, since it was made by a person who is well versed in exclusive jewelry.
The factory pays special attention to symbolic jewelry. Orthodox themes are one of the main areas of work. Moreover, each pectoral cross has the blessing of the Moscow Patriarch, as evidenced by a special letter. In it, Krasnoselsky Jewelryprom is noted as an enterprise whose hard work goes to the glory of the church. Therefore, if there is a need (or desire) to buy a piece of jewelry with a skaral meaning in order to protect your loved one from harm, then it is best to look for such a piece of jewelry on the official website in the company’s catalogue. Also, many reputable companies work with the plant, whose retail network covers the entire territory of Russia and neighboring countries, so you can buy jewelry from Krasnoselsky Jewelryprom even in the most remote regions of our country.
The jewelry factory's catalog consists of 10 thousand models of various categories of jewelry. In addition to gold, Krasnoselsky Yuvelirprom works with silver and platinum, and both precious stones and synthetic crystals are held in high esteem here for jewelry inserts. Jewelers also get along well with ornamental stones, creating luxurious ensembles from them. Rings, brooches, earrings, bracelets, pendants - you can find everything in the online stores of the plant and its partners. For lovers of precious cutlery and interior decorations, the factory’s catalog will also find a lot of interesting things.
Each piece of jewelry amazes with its exquisite lines and impeccable cut of precious and semi-precious stones. The luxurious richness of design is ideally combined with the “Russian spirit”, striking with the splendor of execution and creative imagination.
On the official website of Krasnoselsky Jewelryprom you can virtually visit the plant. The video tells and shows all the strongest sides of the enterprise, charging everyone who wants to go on a trip with the “jewelry virus”.
History of the Krasnoselsky Jewelerprom brand
In 1919, the plant began operating. It was April, spring was blooming, and in Krasnoye Selo jewelers created a production artel, named after its geographical location. The charter of the created enterprise stated that the main mission of the company should be the spiritual and material development of each member of the artel through the joint sale and creation of jewelry. This truth is still relevant today, so the company takes care of the well-being of its personnel, offering excellent working conditions and high pay.
In 1919, another important event happened in the “biography” of the plant: A. Lunacharsky (People's Commissar of Education) arrived. He was incredibly interested in the possibilities of the newly created artel, and he devoted a lot of time to every question that the jewelers approached him with. His help turned out to be colossal.
As for subsequent years, the artel survived the war years very difficult. Most of the workers went to the front, and when people returned, huge changes happened again. Collectivization forced the jewelry artel to turn into an industrial collective farm, and jewelers, along with the creation of exclusive jewelry, also began to master agricultural work. Moreover, the second had to be done as actively as possible.
But even in such difficult times for imagination, the masters continued to master new techniques. Filigree filigree appeared, giving jewelry an easily recognizable “Russian” flavor.
And again there is war. Now the Great Patriotic War. The best craftsmen left the workshops and went to the front. The enterprise was forced to work for the benefit of the country. The production of metal products needed by the front and the army began. When the war ended, more than 200 employees of the enterprise received the status of WWII veterans.
In the 50s, the artel was called “Krasnoselsky Jeweler”, and 10 years later the Krasnoselskaya jewelry factory was created, incorporating such artels as “Red Jeweler”, “Metalist”, “Promkombinat”.
In 1973, the factory received the status of a plant, and in the same year the enterprise received the name “Yuvelirprom”. This included the Sidorovskaya jewelry factory and two factories - Kostroma and Podolsk. The plant is expanding. Procurement and assembly shops, cutting and engineering shops appeared. A little later, a mechanical repair shop opened.
