For more than 17 years, the jewelry and mineralogical exhibition-fair “Symphony of Gems” . Unlike, for example, Junevex exhibitions, which are a kind of demonstration of the achievements of the jewelry industry and present new collections of enterprises, “Symphony of Gems” is aimed at the development of designer jewelry and stone cutting.
Jewelers, authors and designers, small firms, gemologists, stone cutters, cutters, jewelry repair specialists, art historians and other specialists are always present at the exhibitions. Visitors look here for handmade gold or silver jewelry, rare styles and techniques, or special items as gifts for friends with delicate taste. It is after visiting such exhibitions that you begin to notice that the assortment of an ordinary jewelry store has suddenly become somehow monotonous.
Who and where holds the “Symphony of Gems” exhibitions?
Organizes exhibitions, which also deals with other projects in a similar field.
Until January 2015, the “Symphony of Gems” exhibitions were held in Moscow at two venues: Krymsky Val, 8 and Amber Plaza (Krasnoproletarskaya, 35). However, since February 2015, the more “historical” one (Krymsky Val) has given way to the younger and more modern one – Amber Plaza. Exhibitions “Symphony of Gems” will no longer be held on the territory of the Art Lyceum on Krymsky Val.
Jewelry and mineralogical exhibition-fair “Symphony of Gems” in Amber Plaza
— takes place in a recently built business center near the Novoslobodskaya metro station. The more comfortable and “fashionable” Amber Plaza, in contrast to the site on Krymsky Val, also determines the more representative atmosphere of the exhibition. The exhibition space is organized in “lines” with predominantly glass pavilions, and no longer resembles an “anthill”.
The “Symphony of Gems” exhibitions, regardless of the location, are famous for their informal atmosphere, the feeling of celebration and the friendliness of the authors of the works.
Information about the Junwex-2018 exhibition and the companies represented at it
The exhibition "JUNWEX Moscow" 2022 is the only exhibition platform in the capital, where all the leading domestic jewelry, "Bronnitsky Jeweler", "Diamonds of Kostroma", "Topaz", "Carat JF", "Platinum", NIKA, "Estet", which confidently maintain leadership in the production of gold jewelry.
, “Krasnaya Presnya”, “Intersilverline”, “Northern Chern”, “Intalia”, “Krasnoselky Yuvelirprom” are increasing the volume of production of silver products, persistently displacing imported products from store windows. Author's collections and new works, “Jewelers of the Urals”, Mousson, “Ringo” do not leave connoisseurs of jewelry art in doubt about the viability of domestic masters and the Russian jewelry school, the basis of which is the great traditions of Faberge, Bolin, Khlebnikov, Sazikov. In addition to the leaders of domestic jewelry production, famous brands from France, Italy, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, India, Hong Kong, Brazil, China, Thailand and Poland will present their works at the exhibition.
Today, the exhibition is an effective platform from a commercial point of view not only for jewelry manufacturing enterprises and trade specialists, but also for companies developing new jewelry technologies, equipment, packaging and software.
What distinguishes the “Symphony of Gems” exhibition and what can you find at it?
The organizers adhere to the approach according to which the jewelry exhibition should mainly represent jewelers and those who are directly related to this business. Therefore, “non-core” exhibitors with by-products such as cosmetics or haberdashery (which are often “diluted” by other exhibition spaces) are almost never found here.
Visitors to the “Symphony of Gems” will find a huge number of interesting and unusual products made according to the author’s design, often by hand, in a wide variety of styles and techniques:
designer items made of silver and gold,
jewelry made from natural gemstones (“Stone Hill” in the JEWELIRUM catalogue),
carving on mammoth tusks,
vintage jewelry,
ethnicity,
as well as filigree on silver or cupronickel, hot designer enamel, gems, stone figurines or interior items and much more:
And to the aesthetic pleasure of viewing the products themselves is added the opportunity to ask questions to the author or craftsman, who can tell in detail about his product and give some advice.
Many authors will be happy to accept an order for the manufacture or modification of a product, taking into account the visitor’s own taste. Typically, jewelry repair specialists present at the exhibition will repair or fine-tune the item right on the spot.
But the special and unique benefit of these exhibitions is the opportunity to look at magnificent stones, choose something for yourself (for example, to have custom jewelry made), and learn from the gemologists and cutters present there things that a regular jewelry store is unlikely to tell you.

As part of the August exhibition, two thematic exhibitions “Captured by Amber” by the collector and researcher of amber Viktor Anatolyevich Gusakov and jewelry will be presented in the exhibition foyer.
Viktor Anatolyevich Gusakov worked for many years as a leading test doctor at the Yu. A. Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center in Star City. The love of collecting amber has become not only a hobby for Viktor Anatolyevich, but also a part of life. He not only collects interesting and rare samples of this mineral and products made from it, but also studies amber. The collection, diverse in its composition, began more than a quarter of a century ago, and initially it was formed according to an aesthetic principle: amber samples were selected according to shades of color, unusual shape, and visibility of inclusions.
